    Start by washing your hair with our Detox Shampoo and massage it thoroughly into the scalp.

    Conditioner

    Then continue with the conditioner - leave it in the hair for 2-3 minutes before rinsing it out with water.

    After the detox period of 2-4 weeks, you can continue to use the shampoo and conditioner as you wish.

    Results About the products

    How long will it take for my hair to get used to this new regimen?

    It takes approximately 2-4 weeks for the hair and scalp to completely get used to this new healthy regimen. Exactly how long it takes depends a lot on the condition of your hair and scalp when you start using the products. If you have previously used products with SLS and SLES, which are very drying, it may be that your scalp is dehydrated and has started to overproduce sebum to compensate for this - that is why you feel that your hair becomes dirty/greasy shortly after washing. When you start using Under Your Skin's shampoo and conditioner, your hair may become greasy at first, so remember that you can use the products as often as you like at first.

    Does the Detox shampoo & conditioner work for a dry and itchy scalp?

    Our shampoo and conditioner are specially made for dry, itchy and sensitive scalps. The products do not contain SLS, SLES or other drying substances.

    Can I use the Detox shampoo & conditioner even after the detox?

    Yes, you can use them for everyday use every time you wash your hair. If you return to products with SLS, you need to redo the detox if you want to use our products again.

    Do the products work on colored, bleached, or curly hair?

    Yes! Both the shampoo and the conditioner contain hydrolyzed quinoa extract which preserves and protects the color of the hair.

    Can I use styling products when I do the detox?

    Yes, you can use whatever styling products you want. It may be that the detox process takes a little longer if you use them, for example, dry shampoo or hair spray.

Ora riesco a lavare i capelli solo due volte, i capelli restano davvero più puliti tra un lavaggio e L altro ✨

    The biggest critic reversed

    was the biggest critic of these products. But it was time to get hold of hair care and spend a little more money. After several options, it was a gamble on Under your skin. I didn't have high hopes and quite literally the hair got SO greasy in the first 4.5 weeks. Couldn't go out without a hat or having freshly washed hair. But then, oops! It works! Healthy, beautiful and full hair is the result. And it doesn't get greasy anymore like it used to. Unbelievable!

    Very good shampoo and conditioner, starting to run out only now (5 months after purchase, and I haven't used any other shampoo/conditioner in the meantime). Experience that they run out about as quickly. However, very difficult to get the last of the conditioner out of the bottle, the pump can't get the last of it out, so now I have to remove the pump/cork and shake out the last of it. The hair lasts longer without getting greasy, but loses volume quickly (I have quite thin hair), I often wash about every four days (mostly because I've been working out). Totally ok scent, a bit herbal for my taste but no problem really. (Picture 4e the day after the last wash)

    Detox shampoo and conditioner
